Looking to boost efficiency and productivity across all job roles and functions, I helped launch OWN IT, the Nike accountability program. This initiative rallied all Nike employees (from sneaker designers headquartered in Oregon, to salespeople in 300+ nationwide retails stores), to push their current job role to the max, and to take accountability for their unique professional contributions. I created this video to kick-off the year-long initiative.
